Role Overview:

Sales & Accounts Manager (SAM) sustains and nurtures solid relationships with new and existing clients and is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers/clients. You utilize company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals.


As an SAM, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, you should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

Duties/Functions:

  1. Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets. 
  2. Develop and sustain solid relationships with existing clients.
  3. Convert qualified leads into paying customers/clients.
  4. Create pitches and presentations, and attend meetings. 
  5. Determine client's business needs, gather, and refine specifications, requirements, and/or solutions.
  6. Provide first-hand customer service support and assistance to clients.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with the Production and Marketing Teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
  8. Identify new business opportunities for key clients. 
  9. Generate sales, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to prospective and key clients.  
  10. Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  11. Manage multiple client accounts. 
  12. Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams. 
  13. Exhibits cooperation and teamwork.
  14. Any other duty that may be required.

Experience Requirements:

  1. Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration related roles.
  2. Experience in Accounts Management and Customer Service. 
  3. Proficient in the use of computer and IT tools as well as CRM software and any other software. 
  4. Understanding of sales strategies, market trends, target market, techniques, etc.
  5. Experience meeting sales targets, negotiation, and assertion skills when dealing with clients.
  6. Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations.
  7. Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.
  8. Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills. 
  9. Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  10. Ability to build rapport with key clients. 
  11. Work well under pressure, and with little to no supervision whilst achieving targets.

Terms:

  1. Minimum of 18 months contract.
  2. Subject to 3 months probationary evaluation on the job at minimum salary band.
  3. 3 months' notice before resignation or termination. 
  4. Refund of 3 months salary in breach of 1,2,3 above. 
  5. Compulsory attendance of induction, quarterly scheduled training, and organization’s yearly retreat.
  6. Self-paced learning of how to use work and productivity tools within the probation period.

  9. Provision of Police report or background check.
