Role Overview:
|
A Marketing Executive (MARK-EXEC) plans, develops, and oversees the overall marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company's brands, products, or services. You conduct research, produce marketing materials, devise new ways to market products, and analyze performance reports, among other marketing-related duties.
As a MARK-EXEC, the goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Duties/Functions:
|
- Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate qualified leads for further business action.
- Work offline and online to achieve business goals.
- Devise strategies to drive traffic to websites and social properties.
- Evaluate marketing budgets.
- Maintain marketing goals.
- Translate business goals into Digital Marketing objectives.
- Perform customer research, keyword research, and analyzing competitor data to evaluate customer segments.
- Create distinct customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing.
- Undertake product, service, and directory listing to increase search ranking visibility.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns utilizing a range of techniques including Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Landing Pages, Email Marketing, Newsletters, and Cold Calling activities.
- Provide ongoing analytic reporting, tracking conversion, and guidance for making improvements to optimize campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and management of all digital assets including online brochures, fliers, catalogues, videos, and other revenue-generating promotional assets.
- Maintain Social Media profiles, Accounts, and Content & oversee social media strategy.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improve usability, design, content, and conversion rate of web assets.
- Ensure the company is at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Create pitches and presentations, and attend meetings.
- Determine client's business needs, gather, and refine specifications, requirements, and/or solutions.
- Provide first-hand customer service support and assistance to clients via social media.
- Identify and advertise new business opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Generate sales, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to prospective and key clients.
- Manage multiple social media accounts.
- Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams.
- Exhibit cooperation and teamwork.
- Any other duty that may be required.

Experience Requirements:
|
- Experience working in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related roles.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Proficient in the use of computer and IT tools as well as CRM software and any other software.
- Understanding of sales strategies, market trends, target market, techniques, etc.
- Experience meeting marketing targets, strategies, and assertion skills when dealing with clients.
- Extensive technical knowledge of how technology can be used to enhance business operations.
- Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.
- Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple social media accounts.
- Ability to build rapport with key clients.
- Work well under pressure, and with little to no supervision whilst achieving targets.

Terms:
|
- Minimum of 18 months contract.
- Subject to 3 months probationary evaluation on the job at minimum salary band.
- 3 months' notice before resignation or termination.
